1 - About Quality.
Our championship belt will be in brass plates, with full shiny gold plated brass plates, deep designing, a pure leather strap, and high quality. Everything about its finishing will be absolutely fine.

2- Shipping & Taxes.
Mostly, our shipping standard is that we ship via UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Currently, for shipments within the US, we'll do tariff included shipments, which take 8-12 days. If someone needs express shipping, we'll ship it express, but tariff won't be included in that case. However, for the 8-12 day shipments, tax is paid, so the customer just needs to receive the parcel and enjoy their order.

3 - Customization Option.
If a customer wants any customization in between, like name engraving or complete customization, they can place the order and mention the details with us. We'll change the customization according to their requirements and take approval from them for the design.

4 - Stock Control.
Mostly, our belts are available in stock, but sometimes due to heavy orders, the stock gets out of stock. In that case, we manufacture it ourselves and ship it as soon as possible within a few business days. It almost takes us 5-7 days to manufacture it if it's not available in stock. If it is available in stock, we ship it within 1-2 business days.

5 - Refund or Exchange.
If the customer hasn't received the order according to the picture or has any issue, kindly contact us before open the dispute on Etsy. We'll fully compensate and provide both exchange and refund options.

6 - Order Cancelation policy.
If a customer has placed an order and feels like they've changed their mind or mistakenly placed the order, they can cancel it within 24 hours, and we'll initiate the refund. After 24 hours, if the product is in stock, we'll have moved it towards dispatch, or if it's auto stock, we'll have started manufacturing. In that case, canceling the order won't be possible.

7 - Tariff and Custom Paid duty service.
Today, the shipping service we're using within the USA includes duty and taxes paid, so customers don't have to pay anything extra. For Canada, UK, and Europe, we have the same services available, including tax paid. However, sometimes if there's an issue with the shipping schedule, like tariff facilities being temporarily suspended, we'll inform customers before shipping. Normally, our operations continue, and we're paying taxes included shipping. So far, we haven't had any issues, so customers can feel free to place orders.
